First Pattern of the Year

It's been tough getting back into the swing of things, but what could be better than introducing my first pattern of the year!

MATERIALS
- Black Pearl Yarn (100% Cashmere,
2oz/56g, 200 yds/182m) 5 (5, 6, 6, 7, 8, 9) skeins Espresso
- 1 pair US size 5 (3.75mm) needles or size to obtain correct gauge
- 1 US size 4 (3.75mm) 32"/81cm circular needle
- 1 stitch holder
- Tapestry needle
- Three 1" buttons

GAUGES
25 stitches and 32 rows = 4"/10 cm in Fern St with US size 5 (3.75mm) needles

28 sts and 32 rows = 4"/10 cm in K1, P1 rib with US size 4 (3.5mm) needles
